Public readers can sign in for approval ratings and article polls by submitting a cropped screenshot of Roblox Settings → Account Info. The image is checked by Cloudflare Workers AI and is not stored by L-SPAN; the claimed username and voter profile, ratings, and poll choices are stored to operate these features. This screenshot check does not establish account ownership. Authorized newsroom employees use a separate verified employee session.
